Morton on the Meadows
 

Wendy made a return visit to The Meadows Neighbourhood Centre last week accompanied by Alan Duncan MP, Shadow Minister for Tyneside.

Wendy and Alan were able to see at first hand some of the many projects and services that Carole Bell and her team are involved with, which includes The Community Gardens, Terra Nostra - the centre's state of the art eco project and The Barn Joinery.

After the visit Wendy said:

"This is a great place with so much enthusiasm. By offering activities and services in this way The Meadows plays a key role at the heart of the local community."
